About the Scholarship
The application for the Helios 20th Anniversary Pathway Scholarship will be open from January 1, 2025 and will close on February 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
To commemorate 20 years of advancing education, the Helios Education Foundation is thrilled to announce the Helios 20th Anniversary Pathway Scholarship! This initiative is designed to empower students transitioning to their junior year of college and pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution in Arizona.
This prestigious scholarship provides not only financial support but also mentorship and success services through Education Forward Arizona to help you thrive academically and achieve your dreams.
Scholarship Benefits
- Financial Support:
- Up to $10,000 per year ($5,000 per semester).
- Funds can be used toward tuition and other costs of attendance.
- Renewable for One Year:
- Maintain a 2.5+ cumulative GPA.
- Fulfill Education Forward Arizona participation requirements.
- Additional Support:
- Mentorship and success services through Education Forward Arizona.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be entering their junior year of college (minimum of 60 credit hours completed).
- Be Pell Grant eligible, as determined by FAFSA or the Federal Student Aid Estimator (for undocumented students).
- Be enrolled full time at an accredited Arizona institution.
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Preference will be given to students or alumni of the following Helios Partner College Access organizations:

Application Checklist
To apply, submit the following:
- Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Federal Student Aid Estimator.
- Unofficial College Transcript (most recent).
- Fall 2025 Enrollment Verification.
- Three Short Essays.
