If you would like to donate via check, please make your check payable to Education Forward Arizona and mail to: 4747 N. 32nd St., Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85018. You may also donate here. We hope you will consider setting up a monthly donation, the best way to give steady support!
Consider Education Forward Arizona for your workplace giving.
For participating employers, you can designate a portion of each paycheck to be donated to the charity of your choice via United Way, Benevity, YourCause or similar employee giving platform. Education Forward Arizona is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN 20-2366755.
Request a matching gift from your employer.
Employee matching gifts can be an easy way to increase your impact! Requests must be initiated by the employee, typically via a matching gift form or electronic submission, after making your donation to Education Forward Arizona. Please contact your employer’s HR or community affairs department for details about your company’s matching gift program.
