Big Brothers Big Sisters Scholarship

Education Forward Arizona is committed to building a college-going culture in Arizona by providing private scholarships and/or mentoring and success services to current Arizona high school seniors with an intent on earning a degree from an accredited Arizona institution.

The Big Brothers Big Sisters Scholarship is open to active youth in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Big Futures program who are planning to obtain an associate degree in two years or a bachelor’s degree in four years in Arizona.

This scholarship includes:

• $1,500 per year ($750 per semester) for up to four years
• Mentoring and Success Services:
  • Quarterly coaching/mentoring from a dedicated Success Adviser
  • Peer networking sessions, trainings, and workshops
  • Links to on-campus resource centers
  • Internship and Career Support

The application for the BBBSAZ Scholarship will open again in early 2023.
