Educational Equity and Opportunity Gaps: The COVID-19 Pandemic Has Increased the Need To Strengthen Supports for Arizona Students
The pandemic made existing barriers to college harder for many Arizona families to overcome. This brief examines those disruptions through research and a survey of 400 parents of high school students.
It looks at access to technology, financial stability, college information and student support, with attention to communities already facing opportunity gaps.
