The fourth paper in Education Forward Arizona’s Education-to-Workforce Whitepaper Series, Alignment and Action: The Case for an Arizona Education-to-Workforce Plan, makes the case for developing, adopting, and implementing a statewide plan that connects education, workforce development, and economic opportunity. Building on the findings of the first three papers, it examines how Arizona can establish clearer priorities, clarify responsibilities, align investments, strengthen statewide and regional connections, and create accountability for shared commitments. The goal is to make educational and career pathways easier to navigate while expanding opportunities for students, families, and communities across Arizona.
